Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a supplier capable of supplying and delivering stationery items to the Gauteng Region on a once-off basis. The aim is to ensure the provision of quality stationery products that meet the specifications and requirements of PRASA within the specified timeframe.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes the supply and delivery of various stationery items as detailed in the pricing schedule. The procurement covers items such as batteries, filing supplies, stationery tools, office equipment, safety gear, and promotional materials, to be delivered to the designated PRASA location in Gauteng within the stipulated delivery period.

Technical Requirements

• Completion of all required bid documentation, including pricing schedules and BOQ.
• Provision of relevant experience demonstrating successful completion of similar projects (minimum of 1 similar project for evaluation).
• Compliance with specifications listed in the pricing schedule, including quantities, item descriptions, and quality standards.
• Adherence to delivery timelines, with earliest possible delivery within the specified working days from order date.
• Provision of valid tax compliance status and registration on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submission of all mandatory returnable documents, including certificates and declarations.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to accurately complete and submit detailed pricing and delivery schedules.
• Experience in handling similar procurement projects, with references or certificates of successful completion.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, legal compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Capacity to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Proficiency in completing and understanding bid documentation, including technical and financial evaluation criteria.
• Understanding of tax compliance and supplier registration processes.
