• Proof of municipal rates and taxes not older than 3 months.
• Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders.
• Completed and signed MBD forms (Declaration of Interest, Supply Chain Management practices, Proposal Determination, Preference Points Claim).
• Compliance with all specified documentation and submission procedures.
