The primary objective of this tender is to procure communication services for security purposes, including annual network access for radio units and dispatching software, as well as data services. Additionally, the tender aims to promote specific goals such as supporting SMMEs (Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises) that are at least 51% black-owned, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
