The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of wireless Bluetooth headsets that meet specified technical standards, including active noise cancellation, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with a minimum of 36 hours of battery life, and specific material requirements. Additionally, the tender aims to promote empowerment goals by encouraging participation from SMMEs (Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises) that are at least 51% black-owned, and to ensure compliance with procurement policies and BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) requirements.
