Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver laboratory bottle top dispensers suitable for accurate and precise dispensing of liquid reagents in an ISO/IEC 17025 / SANAS-accredited analytical laboratory environment.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of manual bottle-top dispensers with specified volume ranges (0.5–5 mL and 1–10 mL) that meet the operational and compliance requirements outlined in the specifications. The procurement is for use within Johannesburg Water's laboratory facilities, ensuring compatibility with their analytical standards and accreditation requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Manual bottle-top dispensers designed for accurate and precise liquid reagent dispensing.
• Volume units: 0.5–5 mL and 1–10 mL.
• Compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 / SANAS accreditation standards.
• Operational features must meet specified performance and functionality criteria.
• Dispenser materials and design must ensure durability and chemical resistance.
• Must adhere to the specifications outlined in the tender documentation, including performance and operational features.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with valid proof of registration.
• Provide a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit demonstrating BBBEE status.
• Complete and sign all mandatory documentation, including MBD forms and declaration of interests.
• Demonstrate compliance with supply chain management practices and procurement regulations.
• Submit proof of company registration, with ID copies of directors/shareholders.
• Provide technical specifications and evidence of product compliance with the specified operational standards.
• Experience in supplying laboratory equipment to accredited laboratories is advantageous.
