The primary objective of this tender is to procure GIS software solutions along with training services. The software should facilitate map creation, interactive visualization, spatial analysis, scripting, and sharing capabilities. The training aims to enhance user proficiency in utilizing the GIS software effectively, including advanced features such as high-end cartography, extensive database management, and dashboard customization.
