The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) service provider to analyze, configure, test, deploy, and support leave management changes within SAP ERP ECC6. The goal is to align leave processes with SAPO’s approved policies, improve operational efficiency, reduce long-term leave liabilities, and standardize leave cycles based on employee anniversary dates. The engagement aims to be completed within a maximum period of one (1) calendar month.

The effort covers all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities necessary for implementation within the specified one-month period.
