Technical Requirements

Skills Requirements

• All officers must hold valid government-issued security licenses and pass background verification checks.
• Training in conflict de-escalation, basic first aid, fire safety, and emergency evacuation protocols is mandatory.
• Supervisory and site management staff must possess a minimum of three years’ experience leading security teams in commercial, corporate, or industrial environments.
• Strong observational abilities, accurate report writing, physical fitness, and professional conduct are essential for all deployed personnel.
