The primary objective of this tender is to evaluate Eskom’s existing competency framework by benchmarking it against a recognized universal competency framework. This assessment aims to determine the framework’s suitability, robustness, and alignment with best practices prior to implementing a comprehensive skills audit.
The scope involves developing a universal competency framework and enabling skills audit works/services for Eskom. It includes evaluating current competency structures, benchmarking against recognized standards, and providing insights to inform Eskom’s strategy for skills assessment and development.
