The primary objective of this tender is to procure a speed fence for the International Civil Aviation Day 2025 event at Margate Airport. The fence will serve to separate participants from spectators, ensuring safety and compliance during the event.
The scope of the tender includes the supply, installation, and dismantling of a speed fence with the following specifications:
The fence must be stable on uneven ground and adhere to safety standards. The service provider is responsible for personnel on-site on 05/12/2025 for reconfigurations and for setting up on 04 December 2025 at 10:00, with dismantling scheduled for 06 December 2025 at 16:00.
