Objectives

Technical Requirements

• The construction site is situated close to Stanford, Overberg.
• The bid must be a lump sum covering all aspects of labor, materials, and machinery.
• The successful contractor must commence work within 7 days of being appointed.
• All documents submitted must be bound; unbound submissions may be considered invalid.
• Attendance at the compulsory site meeting scheduled for 26 March 2026 at Brunia Wines, Stanford, is mandatory.
• Sealed tenders must be submitted to Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office by the specified deadline.
