Objectives

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications include:

• Supply of 3-piece PVC chemical waterproof suits (Pant, Jacket, Hood)
• Material: 400g PVC chemical waterproof fabric
• Confirmation of sizes after order issuance
• Suppliers must use their own company letterhead for quotations and ensure email visibility
• All submissions must be in PDF format; MS Word, Excel, or images are not accepted
• Provide a valid lease agreement or municipal account (not older than 90 days)
• Complete and submit all required MBD forms and BBBEE certificates

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

Suppliers must demonstrate:

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with valid supplier number
• Compliance with BBBEE and preferential procurement policies, supported by valid certificates or sworn affidavits
• Ability to provide proof of regional presence within COJ, COJ Municipality, or Gauteng Province (e.g., municipal account or lease agreement)
• Adherence to supply chain management policies and ethical procurement practices
• Completion of all mandatory forms including MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 6.1, and MBD 8
• Provision of company registration documents, ID copies of directors/shareholders, and proof of tax compliance
