Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver A4 printing paper (80gsm white) in accordance with the specified requirements. The tender emphasizes sourcing from recommended brands such as Typek, Rotatrim, or equivalent, and mandates compliance with specific procurement policies and goals, including promoting black ownership and small enterprise participation.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of A4 80gsm white stationery paper.
• Brand name or equivalent must be specified where required.
• All quotations must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Quotations must be on company letterhead and signed by authorized personnel.
• Quotations without brand names where required will not be accepted.
• Delivery to specified locations within Johannesburg.
• Supporting documents such as BBBEE certificates, tax clearance, CSD registration, and municipal accounts must be provided.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Ability to supply and deliver stationery paper in the specified quantities and quality.
• Compliance with procurement policies, including preferential procurement and BBBEE requirements.
• Experience in handling government or municipal tenders and understanding of supply chain management practices.
• Provision of valid certifications such as BBBEE, tax clearance, and municipal accounts.
• Capacity to meet the technical and logistical demands of timely delivery.
• Understanding of confidentiality and privacy obligations under POPIA, including data handling and security measures.
