The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver bolts and nuts as specified in the attached RFQ, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and procurement policies. The tender also aims to promote participation from SMMEs (EMEs or QSEs) that are at least 51% black-owned by Black People, aligning with specific goals for socio-economic development.
