The primary objective of this tender is to supply and deliver digital display screens to the Cape Winelands District Municipality. The screens are intended to support presentations, video conferencing, public information dissemination, and real-time operational dashboards as part of the municipality’s digital transformation and service delivery enhancement strategy.
The scope includes the procurement of four categories of digital display screens (Screen A, B, C, and D) along with necessary accessories. The screens will be deployed across various departments and facilities, designed to operate in diverse indoor environments, and equipped with content management systems for easy configuration and scheduling. The scope also covers installation, remote management support, and compliance with technical specifications for indoor digital signage solutions.
