The primary objective of this tender is to secure a supplier capable of providing high purity gases and gas mixtures, including cylinder rentals, to support NMISA's analytical and measurement standards over a period of five years. The supplier must ensure reliable supply, quality, and compatibility with existing NMISA equipment to maintain measurement accuracy and standards.
The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various high purity gases (such as Argon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Helium, Acetylene, Carbon Dioxide, and Dip Tube Dissolved Acetylene) and gas mixtures, along with cylinder rentals, for NMISA's laboratories in Pretoria and Cape Town. The contract duration is five years, with specified quantities and delivery requirements, including small F-type cylinders and mini tanks, to support NMISA's measurement activities. The scope also includes ensuring equipment compatibility, providing mixtures in specified cylinder types, and adhering to quality standards.
