The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of paraffin for a period of one year. The aim is to ensure a consistent and reliable supply of paraffin to meet the needs of the Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality across various wards and villages, supporting municipal operations and service delivery.
