The primary objective of this tender is to supply, deliver, and install a steel bulk filing system at Tshikombani Traffic Testing Station. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing a complete, ready-for-use steel filing solution that meets specified standards and quality requirements.
The scope includes the procurement, delivery, and installation of steel bulk filing cabinets or shelving units comprising six bays, each approximately 1100 mm wide, 360 mm deep, and 2170 mm high. The system must include steel uprights, adjustable or fixed shelves, cross bracing, connectors, bolts, anchoring, and a powder-coated finish, all to be completed and ready for use at the designated location.
Additionally, the scope covers compliance with relevant standards, quality assurance, and the provision of related documentation and past work references.
