The primary objective of this tender is to supply, install, test, and commission a comprehensive fire and smoke detection system with alarm capabilities at Johannesburg Water's Ennerdale Depot. The system aims to ensure early fire/smoke detection and provide audible and visual warning signals to enhance safety and compliance with fire safety standards.
The scope encompasses a complete turnkey solution including:
The system must be installed in high-temperature areas, exits, and escape routes, with detectors mounted approximately 1.4 meters above floor level, compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

Testing and commissioning must include full functional testing, zone-by-zone verification, fire condition simulation, and integration with other systems if applicable.
