Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply Microsoft Office 365 Apps (specifically Office 365 E3 licenses) to Umuziwabantu Local Municipality for a period of 36 months. The project aims to renew existing licenses, ensure technical support, and establish a management framework for the licenses over the contract duration.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of 140 Office 365 E3 licenses for a period of 36 months, including renewal of existing licenses.
• Development of a project plan with detailed activities and approach.
• Technical support during the contract period.
• Close collaboration with the municipality’s ICT unit and management of the project from initiation to completion.
• Renewal and signing of service agreements within 30 days of appointment.
• Provision of necessary documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify:

• Supply of Microsoft Office 365 E3 licenses, with existing licenses due for renewal.
• Development of a detailed project plan including activities, timelines, and methodology.
• Provision of technical support and management of the licenses throughout the 36-month period.
• Implementation of a renewal process with signed SLA/contract within 30 days of appointment.
