  • Engagement of a panel of at least five (5) coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with each coach having at least three (3) years’ experience in executive leadership coaching and management experience of at least three (3) years.
  • Provision of coaching frameworks or approaches, supporting documentation such as CVs, accreditation proof, reference letters, and evidence of executive management experience.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in providing executive leadership coaching in a corporate environment.
  • Panel of at least five ICF-accredited coaches with diverse backgrounds in race, gender, and professional expertise (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR).
  • Coaches must have at least three years’ experience in executive leadership coaching and executive management experience.
  • Clear articulation of the coaching framework or approach to ensure alignment with JW’s requirements.
  • Provision of reference letters, CVs, proof of accreditation, and evidence of executive management experience.
