Objectives

The primary objectives of the tender are to:

• Appoint a reputable service provider to deliver Executive Leadership Coaching Services to the Executive Management team, including the Managing Director, for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Empower leaders to close leadership gaps and enhance their management and leadership skills.
• Support the growth and development of leaders to contribute effectively to the company's strategic goals.
• Improve individual effectiveness, performance, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills within the executive team.

Scope

The scope of work includes providing executive leadership coaching services for all executives, including the Managing Director, with the following specifics:

• One coaching session per month per executive.
• Services to be delivered through multiple platforms: in person at Johannesburg Water, in person at a venue provided by the service provider, and virtually.
• Minimum of 12 months duration.
• Engagement of a panel of at least five (5) coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with each coach having at least three (3) years’ experience in executive leadership coaching and management experience of at least three (3) years.
• Provision of coaching frameworks or approaches, supporting documentation such as CVs, accreditation proof, reference letters, and evidence of executive management experience.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in providing executive leadership coaching in a corporate environment.
• Panel of at least five ICF-accredited coaches with diverse backgrounds in race, gender, and professional expertise (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR).
• Coaches must have at least three years’ experience in executive leadership coaching and executive management experience.
• Clear articulation of the coaching framework or approach to ensure alignment with JW’s requirements.
• Provision of reference letters, CVs, proof of accreditation, and evidence of executive management experience.
• Multiple coaching platforms: in person at Johannesburg Water, in person at a provided venue, and virtual sessions.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from the service provider and coaches include:

• Proven experience in executive leadership coaching within a corporate setting.
• Accreditation by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
• Demonstrated experience in executive management roles (minimum three years).
• Diversity in coaching panel in terms of race, gender, and professional expertise.
• Ability to articulate and implement effective coaching frameworks aligned with organizational needs.
• Strong references and supporting documentation to verify experience and accreditation.
