Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to supply venue services in Psj, specifically for the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries. The service involves providing a venue that can accommodate 50 people for a period of three days (03–05 March 2026), including necessary facilities and amenities to support departmental activities.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of venue services at Nedbank Building, 63 Strand Street, Cape Town.
• Accommodation arrangements for 50 attendees in Room 2.
• Delivery and setup of the venue for the specified dates.
• Inclusion of all delivery costs and applicable taxes within the bid price.
• Adherence to mandatory requirements such as submission of relevant certificates and documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical specifications for the venue services include:

• The venue must be available and operational from 03 to 05 March 2026.
• Room 2 must accommodate 50 people comfortably.
• Delivery costs and all applicable taxes (including VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies) must be included in the bid.
• All goods and services should not be delivered before an official order is received.
• Service providers must submit a valid quotation on their letterhead, reflecting item descriptions, validity, banking details, contact details, and CSD MAAA number.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

The tender specifies the following mandatory requirements and skills:

• Submission of a Food Premises Certificate issued by the Municipality in the name of the bidding company.
• Completion and signing of the SBD4 and SBD6.1 forms.
