The primary objective of this tender is to develop the technical specifications and infrastructure for the EV charging power supply at Komati Power Station. It aims to ensure the procurement and implementation of a reliable, compliant, and locally sourced EV charging infrastructure aligned with Eskom’s standards and regulatory requirements.
The scope includes the provision, installation, and commissioning of the EV charging power supply infrastructure at Komati Power Station. It covers all technical, safety, quality, environmental, and contractual requirements necessary for the successful deployment of the EV charging infrastructure, including local and imported content, contractual obligations, and compliance with Eskom’s procurement policies.
