The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to support and maintain a Cloud Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solution for ETDP SETA. The solution aims to ensure effective ICT service continuity by performing regular cloud backups, testing recovery procedures, and providing disaster recovery orchestration to restore access and functionality after a disaster. The overarching goal is to enhance resilience and response measures to safeguard organizational data and IT infrastructure.
