The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a Property Specialist who will provide advisory services related to the real estate market and investment analysis. The specialist will assist in acquiring suitable office spaces and develop space planning norms and standards for the ETDP SETA Provincial Offices and the Head Office located in Johannesburg.
