The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider responsible for the development and support of a Biometric Case Management System (BCMS) for the Inspectorate. Additionally, the service provider will procure handheld devices with built-in biometric readers. The engagement spans a period of thirty-six (36) months on an as-and-when-required basis, with after-care services for support and maintenance provided for the same duration. There is also a possibility of an extension of a further two (2) years.
