    • Safety Officer: Minimum NQF Level 6 Safety Management qualification, with relevant construction safety experience, and a CV with references.
  • Plant and Equipment: Availability of essential machinery such as TLB, tipper trucks, water tanker, concrete mixer, LDV, and welding units, with proof of ownership or lease intent.
  • Programme Planning: Submission of a detailed project schedule in Gantt chart format demonstrating sequencing and duration of activities.
  • Sample of Fence: Submission of a fence sample for technical compliance evaluation, including wire diameter, galvanising, and coating standards.
