The primary objective of this tender is to procure a humanoid robot platform capable of supporting power utility infrastructure research. The platform should be autonomous with AI capabilities, enabling inspection, maintenance, and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability within Eskom's power systems. The project aims to modernize Eskom’s operational capabilities through digitalization, robotics, and AI integration.
The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a complete autonomous humanoid robot system with AI functionalities. It includes:
