The primary objective of this tender is to engage professional IT service providers to develop a comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy for NTCSA. The strategy aims to guide the organization through digital modernization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation.
The scope of work includes providing specialized IT services such as strategic planning, enterprise architecture, data analytics, change management, and business process analysis. The services will be delivered over a period of six months, involving various professionals to achieve the digital transformation goals.
