The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider to deliver Transactional Advisory Services for the disposal of Transnet's non-core properties. The services are to be provided on a "month-to-month" basis, with a maximum duration of twelve (12) months, to facilitate efficient and effective disposal processes.
The scope of the tender encompasses providing advisory services related to the transaction processes involved in the disposal of non-core properties owned by Transnet. This includes, but is not limited to, valuation, marketing, transaction structuring, negotiations, and transaction closure support for the properties identified for disposal. The services are to be rendered on a flexible, month-to-month basis, accommodating the ongoing disposal needs of Transnet over the specified period.
