The primary objective of this tender is to appoint external legal counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for the establishment of a new Domestic Medium Term Note (DMTN) Programme. This includes developing the legal and documentary framework, preparing all necessary documentation for JSE-facing requirements, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and supporting the approval and registration process with the JSE.

The appointment is limited to establishing and registering the new DMTN Programme; it does not include amending or updating the existing programme unless necessary for coexistence and regulatory compliance.
