The primary objective of this tender is to procure an SMS and USSD communication and customer engagement continuity service for the Road Accident Fund (RAF). The service aims to support ongoing contact centre operations and maintain effective customer communication during the transition period, ensuring no disruption to existing communication channels and facilitating future integration into RAF's CRM environment.
