The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider capable of delivering professional, efficient, and hygienic cleaning services. The goal is to ensure that the event spaces at Margate Airport are clean, safe, and presentable for attendees, staff, and vendors throughout the duration of the International Aviation Day event scheduled from December 5th to 6th, 2025.
The scope of work includes providing cleaning services on specific dates (1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th December 2025) from 06:00 am to 5:00 pm. The services encompass pre-event, during-event, and post-event cleaning activities, including maintaining cleanliness of the airfield and ensuring all garbage is removed. The service provider must supply personnel, equipment, and cleaning materials necessary for the tasks, including gloves, masks, safety shoes, and detergents.
