The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver Third-Level Application Support for SAPO’s Bespoke Development Framework and its associated applications. The support aims to ensure operational stability, resolve complex application issues, and maintain the integrity of mission-critical enterprise systems.
The scope of work includes:
The engagement excludes infrastructure or hosting support and large-scale redesigns or new system builds.
The service provider must demonstrate expertise in the following technical areas:
Service levels are defined with response and resolution times based on incident severity, e.g., critical issues resolved within 2 business hours.
