Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider capable of assessing an individual's qualifications in relation to their work experience and short courses completed. The goal is to establish the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level the individual holds, specifically aiming to determine if it aligns with NQF Level 6, in accordance with the organization's policy.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Conducting Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments based on the individual's qualifications, work experience, and completed short courses.
• Evaluating whether the accumulated experience and courses equate to NQF Level 6.
• Providing a comprehensive assessment that considers years of experience and all relevant courses undertaken over the years.

Technical Requirements

The service provider must:

• Have the capability to establish RPL for the individual.
• Assess and verify the equivalence of work experience and short courses to NQF Level 6.
• Ensure assessments are conducted in accordance with relevant policies and standards.
• Deliver a clear report confirming the NQF level achieved through the assessment.
