Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for bidders include:

  • Registration as a Training Provider with MICT SETA or relevant SETA.
  • Ability to conduct training at college premises or via online platforms for virtual training.
  • Proven experience of at least two (2) years in providing training services, supported by contact references.
  • Submission of a detailed quotation for each training, indicating whether the training is accredited or not, along with unit standards.
  • Provision of all costs including materials, labor, professional fees, VAT, and cleanup.
  • Successful commencement within 7 days after official order and appointment.

Skills Requirements

Eligible service providers must demonstrate:

  • Registered status with relevant SETA (e.g., MICT SETA).
  • Experience in delivering training in the specified 4IR topics.
  • Capacity to deliver training both physically and virtually.
  • Ability to provide proof of accreditation, company registration, tax clearance, CSD report, BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit, and proof of preference points claimed.
  • Capability to start training within 7 days of receiving the official order.
