The primary objective of this tender is to procure a truck hire service for Artscape's annual outreach program in Riversdale, Hessequa Municipality, scheduled from 13 to 17 October 2025. The service involves hiring an eight-ton closed truck with a tail lift and driver to transport equipment to Riversdale and return it to Artscape, ensuring timely delivery and collection aligned with the event schedule.
