The primary objective of this tender is to gather market insights to support Johannesburg Water's decision-making process for a future tender related to Under Pressure Drilling services. The initiative aims to identify suitable service providers capable of performing under-pressure drilling on live water reticulation pipelines without disrupting water flow or supply.
