The primary objective of this tender is to procure a suitable venue within a 30km radius of Centurion to host the SACAA Culture Day 2026, including a Family Feud Game Show-inspired event, with specific requirements for facilities, accessibility, security, and catering.
The scope encompasses the provision of a venue that can accommodate approximately 400 participants with auditorium seating, stage, screen, and supporting facilities. The venue must support full-day setup, event execution on 13 March 2026, and include logistical support, catering, audio-visual equipment, security, and accessibility features. Additional scope includes backup power, parking, and compliance with security and safety protocols.
