The primary objective of this tender is to establish a 3-year framework agreement for multi-disciplinary day-to-day maintenance services within the Cape Town Metro and Overberg regions of the Western Cape Province. The aim is to ensure the continuous and efficient upkeep of infrastructure and facilities through a comprehensive maintenance approach.
The scope of the tender includes providing multi-disciplinary maintenance services across various infrastructure assets within the specified regions. This encompasses routine maintenance, repairs, and minor upgrades necessary to maintain operational standards and extend the lifespan of assets.
