Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a multidisciplinary professional consortium to provide comprehensive engineering, architectural, and related services for the Worcester Police Station and Worcester Child Protection Services buildings. The focus is on conducting detailed condition assessments, designing repair, renovation, and maintenance solutions, and ensuring the buildings' structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and heritage aspects are addressed effectively to maintain functionality and heritage integrity.

Scope

The scope encompasses:

• Provision of full professional services across disciplines including architectural, quantity surveying, civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.
• Conducting detailed assessments of existing buildings and services, including heritage considerations.
• Designing repair, renovation, and maintenance interventions based on assessments and departmental reports.
• Preparing all necessary documentation for approvals, procurement, and construction.
• Managing construction and supervision, including quality assurance, health and safety, and project close-out.

Technical Requirements

Skills Requirements
