The primary objective of this tender is to procure a new Automated Microbial Identification System for the Allerton Provincial Veterinary Laboratory. The system aims to enhance diagnostic capacity, improve turnaround times, and uphold high standards of quality assurance in bacteriology testing, aligning with national and international guidelines.
The scope includes the supply, delivery, installation, and training on a brand-new automated microbial identification system specifically for the Bacteriology Laboratory at Allerton Provincial Veterinary Laboratory. The system must be capable of detecting and identifying both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including mycoplasma and anaerobes, and should integrate with existing laboratory workflows and data management systems.
