The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a service provider for the procurement, supply, and delivery of conferencing audio solutions and a portable PA system to the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA). The goal is to enhance communication capabilities during conferences and meetings, facilitate effective discussions, and support the agency's mandate under the Cross-Border Road Transport Act 4 of 1998.

The service provider must provide two options for the conferencing audio solution: one with wireless microphones and another with wired microphones, allowing the agency to select the most suitable option.
