Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to deliver transport services to and from Lamberts Bay Caravan Park on specific dates, namely 28 November 2025 and 05 December 2025. Technical Requirements

• Provision of transport services on 28 November 2025 and 05 December 2025.
• Transport between specified pickup points: Citrusdal, Clanwilliam, Graafwater, and Lamberts Bay.
• Vehicles must meet safety and operational standards, be suitable for passenger transport, and be properly insured.
• All services must adhere to the specifications and conditions detailed in the official tender documents.
• Submission of all required documentation, including VAT registration, tax compliance, B-BBEE certification, and municipal accounts.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• Proven experience in providing passenger transport services, preferably in a municipal or similar context.
• Registered and compliant with the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or evidence of tax compliance with SARS.
• Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (or sworn affidavit) to qualify for preference points.
• Capability to provide suitable vehicles that meet safety and operational standards.
• Ability to submit all necessary documentation and comply with the tender’s administrative and technical conditions.
• Knowledge of municipal procurement policies and adherence to the stipulated bidding procedures.
