The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive mobile communication solution for the Eastern Cape Department of Health. The solution should provide voice and data services, including the supply of cellphones (devices and airtime), in accordance with the RT15 of 2021 transversal contract. The aim is to ensure reliable and cost-effective mobile communication services for a period of 24 months.
