Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to appoint a service provider to execute activation and promotion campaigns for Rea Vaya BRT services over a period of one year from the date of award. The campaign aims to increase passenger numbers, achieve a target of 48,000 passenger trips daily, and enhance public awareness and education about Rea Vaya services across various phases and routes.

Scope

The scope involves executing 48 face-to-face activation and promotional campaigns within areas served by Rea Vaya BRT, including phases 1A, 1B, and 1C. Campaigns will focus on attracting new passengers, creating public awareness, and promoting Rea Vaya's brand offerings. The campaigns will be staged to support the launch of Phase 1C, with overlap considerations for existing phases. The service provider will also be responsible for executing activities such as exhibitions, community activations, and promotional events at specified locations like malls, community centers, and sports venues.

Technical Requirements

• Execution of 48 face-to-face activation campaigns in designated areas.
• Promotion of existing services (Phases 1A and 1B) and upcoming Phase 1C.
• Development of detailed target market strategies.
• Coordination with Transport Department prior to campaign roll-out.
• Provision of promotional activities including exhibitions, community activations, and event management.
