Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to obtain quotations for the pre-assessment, dismantling, moving, and reassembling of lithographic printing equipment. The process involves thorough operational checks, documentation, safe dismantling into manageable sections, transportation, and precise reassembly at the new location to ensure operational efficiency.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Conducting assessments of existing lithographic printing equipment (High-Speed Guillotine Polar N 92 Pro, Heidelberg Speed Master 74, Heidelberg GTO 52, among others).
• Professional dismantling of equipment, labeling, cataloging, and safe packing for transportation.
• Transportation of equipment to the new site at Newtown Junction.
• Offloading, positioning, and reassembling all equipment according to the approved floor plan.
• Reconnection of electrical and mechanical components, calibration, and operational setup.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify:

• Assessment of equipment prior to dismantling, including documentation and identification of critical components.
• Use of specified handling and transportation equipment such as low-lift forklifts, jacks, cranes, and gantry systems.
• Professional dismantling with labeled and cataloged parts.
• Transporting equipment safely to the new site.
• Reassembly with precise alignment, calibration, and connection of safety systems.
• Inclusion of replacement parts during reassembly where necessary.
• Compliance with all relevant certifications and safety standards.

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• Proficiency in dismantling and reassembling lithographic printing machinery.
• Experience with handling heavy and complex printing equipment using appropriate tools and safety measures.
• Ability to conduct detailed site surveys, measurements, and equipment documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards and certification requirements.
• Capability to calibrate and perform operational setup post-reassembly.
