Scope of Work

Technical Requirements

Firm prices indicate a locked-in cost structure that prevents post-submission price increases. VAT @ 15% refers to the national consumption tax applied to goods and services in South Africa.

No specialized technical certifications or advanced professional qualifications are explicitly mandated. Suppliers are expected to possess standard commercial and logistical competencies, including:
