The primary objective of this quotation is to secure a reliable supplier for the once-off provision of standard office photocopying paper to support daily administrative and clinical documentation needs at the Nseleni Community Health Centre.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of the following quantities to the designated health facility:

• A4 Photocopying Paper: 80 boxes
• A3 Photocopying Paper: 5 boxes

The contract is structured as a single delivery event with a validity period of 90 days for the quoted prices. All costs, including transportation and handling, must be included in the submitted quotation.

Technical Requirements

Bidders must ensure all supplied goods meet the following strict specifications and compliance criteria:

• Product Specifications: White photocopying paper, 80gsm weight, packaged in reams of 500 sheets, with 5 reams per box. All items must conform to relevant SABS/SANS quality standards.
• Condition & Validity: Goods must be brand new, unused, and free from defects. Products must have a minimum shelf life of six months from the date of delivery.
• Delivery & Packaging: Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit and delivered directly to the facility’s designated store or site. The supplier bears all risks and costs until successful handover.
• Compliance Documentation: Bidders must submit proof of Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration, SARS tax clearance verification, and certified director identification documents. Offers failing to meet administrative, specification, or capacity requirements will be disqualified.
