The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of six (6) Civil Engineering Professional Service Providers to deliver comprehensive civil engineering services over a period of 3 years. These services include preparing business plans, conducting feasibility studies, developing preliminary and detailed designs, preparing tender documentation, and monitoring construction projects related to surfaced paved roads, bridges, and gravel roads within the Matatiele Local Municipality.
